Structural Engineering Research Group, Faculty of Civil and Environmental Engineering, Institut Teknologi Bandung (ITB) is one of the largest research groups focused on advancing civil engineering structures. It is committed to excellence in research, education, and public service, while contributing to the development of structural engineering knowledge and the needs of the construction industry. The group conducts research on buildings, bridges, dams, ports, and offshore structures, with emphasis on performance-based design, advanced materials, and earthquake-resistant systems. Supported by advanced laboratory facilities, it also contributes to major infrastructure projects and the development of engineering standards in Indonesia.
