Jakarta Smart City (JSC) is a public service unit under the DKI Jakarta Provincial Government that serves as a catalyst for developing a smart city ecosystem. Established in 2014, it functions as both an innovation lab and a collaborative platform that connects citizens with the government through data and technology. Through integrated digital services such as the JAKI super app and data-driven systems, JSC enhances public services, improves responsiveness, and supports more efficient, transparent, and citizen-centric urban governance in Jakarta.
