The Goodman-Fielder Company is Australia’s leading public food company and was established in Tamworth in 1909. Whilst the company’s headquarters are in Sydney, you will be working within the Asia Pacific Division in Guangzhou. There are other offices Beijing, Shanghai and Hong Kong, yet Guangzhou deals specifically in being the premier supplier of fats, oils, dairy and innovative ingredient solutions to the Chinese baking and food service industry.
Your Role:
You will work closely with the Accounting Manager through range of finance based activities that contribute to the day to day accounting management of the company.
Some of the work that you can expect to do includes:
- Assisting in auditing documents
- Checking reimbursement claims
- Liaising with bank managers and other stakeholders
Requirements:
Majors: Accounting of Finance related Courses are required
Language: Chinese speaking and reading skills are required, as well as fluent English.
Other: Communication skills, Computer literacy, the ability to take initiative to resolve problems and a strong working ethic are also required.
