International Internships works with a number of high calibre charity organisations in Mumbai and you will be placed with whichever is most in need of your services and has the most interesting and diverse range of work for you at the time of your internship. Your placement will be finalised before you leave and, where possible, you will have the opportunity to provide input into where you are placed.
Your Role:
Your role will obviously vary slightly depending on which organisation you are placed with. However, our most important job is to ensure that you will be given interesting work to do and our partner organisation in Mumbai works extrememely hard to make this happen.
Some of the work that you can expect to do includes:
- Develop HR proposals and reports
- Develop HR programs and processes
- Design and Conduct staff trainings
Requirements:
Majors: HR or a related discipline
Language: Only English is required
Other: You should have strong communication skills and a passion for working with people.
