Interns have the opportunity to participate in an interesting and diverse range of activities with Balai Arkeologi. Prospective work includes researching and analysing samples taken from on the field and taking on an active role in current excavation projects.
Your Role:
You will have the opportunity to work in all facets of the department, which will enable you to gain a wide range of skills and experience in archaeology. You will develop a work plan in consultation with management on day one, so you will also have the capacity to help shape the direction your internship.
Some of the work that you can expect to do includes:
- Researching and analysing samples taken from the field
- Have an active role in current excavations
- Working with a variety of people in a range of areas within the department
Requirements:
Majors: Archaeology
Language: Only English is required but applicants with Indonesian capabilities are preferred.
Other: Ability to work in a team is highly regarded
