Public Policy and Urban Studies
This not-for-profit NGO was established to make Jakarta a more liveable city and improve the practices of the property industry. It focuses on issues that affect the living standards and economic growth of the city.
This NGO works closely with various stakeholders including government, developers, researchers, investors and donors. It conducts research, collaborates with experts, and facilitates dialogue, often acting as a mediator between the public and private sectors.
Your Role
Your role and responsibilities will be determined during the application process and may include the following:
- Undertaking research (likely the main task).
- Writing proposals.
- Building relationships with, and communications strategies for, various stakeholders.
- Helping the government to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.
Requirements
Majors: | Urban Studies, Public Policy, Communications and Multimedia, and a variety of other backgrounds. |
Language: | Fluent English is required. |
Other: | Strong writing and research skills are essential. |
